Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Flamethrowers & Dreamcatchers Ltd ("FTDC") to answer common privacy questions about the FTDC Family Hub and FTDC Member's Guild apps. It is editable content and not an independent certification.
Who we are
Flamethrowers & Dreamcatchers Ltd, trading as FTDC, runs after-school clubs, holiday clubs, events and storytelling experiences for children and families, primarily based in Haringey, London.
What we collect
- Parent/carer details: name, email, phone, and the relationship to the child.
- Child details: first name, age/year group, and any medical, dietary or accessibility information you choose to share so we can keep your child safe at sessions.
- Booking and attendance records: which clubs, camps or events your child is signed up for, and weekly attendance.
- Account data: sign-in identifiers (email, and Google account ID if you choose Google sign-in).
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
How we use it
- To run your child's place at clubs, camps and events.
- To keep registers and safeguarding information for sessions.
- To send booking confirmations and operational updates.
- To improve the service and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with trusted processors that help us deliver the service: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and attendance records for as long as needed to run clubs and meet legal obligations, and delete account data on request unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you or your child. Email play@ftdc.club and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children's data
Accounts are created and managed by parents and carers. Children do not sign in directly. We treat all child information as confidential and only share it with the staff running your child's session.
